These are the Terms & Conditions of Sale applicable to on-line purchases from Eziauto Parts & Accessories ("Eziauto").

These terms and the laws of Victoria, Australia, apply to all transactions for the purchase of products ("Products") from Eziauto Parts & Accessories through its website at www.eziautoparts.com.au and any associated web page ("the Site").  These terms represent the complete agreement between Eziauto and the Buyer covering the purchase of Products from this site.  Except for terms implied by applicable legislation, Eziauto does not offer or agree to any conditions, warranties, guarantees or representations relating to the quality, description or performance characteristics of the Products other than those set out in these terms.  The Buyer's completion of the order form on this site will constitute an offer to the Buyer to purchase Products (the "Order").  All Orders are subject to acceptance by Eziauto.

All prices appearing on this website are in Australian dollars (AUD).

The prices to be paid by the Buyer for all Products will be Eziauto's current selling price on the date of receipt by Eziauto of the Order, less any applicable discounts in effect at that time.  All Orders will attract a delivery charge as displayed when checking out.

Eziauto will not be responsible for errors in pricing that appear on the Site.  Eziauto will notify a Buyer in the event of a pricing error on the Site before an Order is delivered.  The Buyer will have the opportunity to cancel their Order within a reasonable time.

Eziauto reserves the right to change its prices from time to time without prior notice to the Buyer.  All prices in this website include Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST) at 10%.

The GST payable by the Buyer will be shown on the invoice which Eziauto will send to the Buyer.  Delivery charges to the nominated address will be advised to the Buyer on the Checkout and Order confirmation pages of the Site.

By purchasing from our website, the Buyer accepts that Eziauto may not have all items in stock at the time of purchase and it is possible a delay of up to 14 days will be experienced in delivery of the Buyer's order.  Occasionally, Eziauto is are unable to source items that are listed on this website, in which case the Buyer will be notified as soon as Eziauto becomes aware of non-availability of the item and the full amount paid by the Buyer for the item will be refunded using the same method as has been used for payment.  If the expected delivery time is likely to exceed 14 days, Eziauto will contact the Buyer to advise of this.

In some cases, if Eziauto does not have the ordered parts in stock and there is likely to be a long delay expected in getting the parts into store and you need your order urgently, it may be possible to expedite the delivery of the parts on payment of a further  freight cost (usually between $16.50 and $20.00). This will enable Eziauto to get the parts in overnight, meaning you will not have to wait as long for your order. If this option is available, you will be notified by email.

All Orders by the Buyer under this Agreement must be placed via the forms provided on this Site and must specify the information requested, including (but without limitation):

(a) Quantity and description of Products;
(b) The full street address to which the Product is to be delivered;

The Buyer must complete all information requested on the Order form before the Order is processed by Eziauto.

Eziauto will not accept orders:

(a) If the Buyer does not offer to pay by one of the payment methods listed in this website; or
(b) If the Buyer's credit card provider does not confirm the payment.

Eziauto will send the Buyer an e-mail acknowledging the Products ordered as soon as possible after the Buyer places an Order.  If Eziauto does not accept the Buyer's Order for any reason, it will inform the Buyer by email in the same manner.

If the Buyer wishes to cancel an Order prior to shipment, the Buyer must contact Eziauto Customer Service immediately on 0484 700 529 and/or e-mail sales@eziautoparts.com.au.  Eziauto will endeavour to accommodate the Buyer's request, if the merchandise has not been shipped.

If the Buyer's entire order is cancelled prior to shipment, Eziauto will apply a credit to the Buyer's credit card or PayPal account and may also apply a cancellation fee equivalent to 10%.

If an Order has already shipped, Eziauto's normal returns and exchanges procedure will apply.

Shipment will occur as soon as the ordered items are in stock.  A Buyer cannot arrange collection of Orders from Eziauto either in person or via alternative courier.

The Buyer acknowledges that Eziauto may, from time to time, be subject to production, delivery or other unforeseen delays and that Eziauto may allocate distribution of Products ordered among its customers at its sole discretion.

If the Buyer's Order has not been delivered within a reasonable time, the Buyer should contact Eziauto at sales@eziautoparts.com.au.

If no one is available at the delivery address to receive the Products, Eziauto's delivery agent will leave an "unable to deliver" card at the address and the Buyer should follow the directions on that card to obtain delivery of the Products.  Eziauto reserves the right to make partial delivery of an Order.

Payment for Products purchased from Eziauto via the Site can be made by Credit Card, Paypal, cheque, money order or direct bank deposit.

Eziauto will verify the credit card information submitted by the Buyer and will advise the Buyer that the Order has been accepted.  The Buyer agrees to submit to Eziauto such information as may be reasonably requested by Eziauto for the authorisation and verification of its credit card purchases.

Eziauto reserves the right to exercise its lawful remedies if a dispute arises over payment through the Buyer's credit card provider.  In particular, but without limitation, if the Buyer's credit card provider rejects a payment when due, Eziauto at its discretion may delay or cancel delivery of Orders placed by the Buyer.

Eziauto may also offset and deduct from any refund due to the Buyer all sums owed by the Buyer to Eziauto.  If the Buyer's account is placed in collection, Eziauto will be entitled to claim all reasonable expenses for collection, including legal fees incurred in connection therewith.

Defective Items and Warranties

All parts are covered only by manufacturer’s warranties and/or guarantees.

If an item arrives in not new condition as a result of a manufacturer defect, or a defect occurs during the intended use of the product, please contact us on 0484 700 529 for further information.

Eziauto does not reimburse for labour, incidental, or any other costs related to the installation of products under any circumstance.  For products that have been fitted and used and then become defective, Eziauto will refund the amount paid for the original item (less any postage costs) once the item has been inspected by the manufacturer and confirmed as defective.

All postage costs to return the defective item are to be paid by the Buyer and no postage costs will be refunded in relation to the defective item.

Occasionally items are incorrectly packaged by manufacturers. While we check part numbers before sending out orders, if an item has been incorrectly packaged, the same terms regarding return as listed above apply.  Eziauto will NOT cover the postage cost of returning the item but will cover the postage costs of sending out the replacement correct part once the incorrect part has been received back.



Incorrect Supply of Order

If, due to a warehouse or other error on the part of Eziauto, the Buyer receives a Product which does not conform to its Order, the Buyer must contact Eziauto within seven days of receipt of the Product and complete a Return Request.  On approval of the Return Request and receipt of the incorrect Product back into Eziauto's store, the correct Product will be posted to the Buyer at no extra cost to the Buyer.  Postage for return of the incorrect Product and for supply of the correct Product to the Buyer will be paid by Eziauto. The incorrect Product must be returned in new condition in its original packaging and unopened. If the Product is returned and the packaging is damaged or not in its original new condition, a refund will not be processed and Eziauto will return the Product to the Buyer at the Buyer's expense.


Incorrect Part Ordered by the Buyer

If the incorrect Product is ordered by the Buyer, the Buyer must contact Eziauto within seven days of receipt of the Product and complete a Return Request. On approval of the Return Request and receipt of the incorrect Product back into Eziauto's store, Eziauto may refund the price paid for the Product. Postage for return of the incorrect Product will be paid by the Buyer. The incorrect Product must be returned in new condition in its original packaging and unopened. If a replacement Product is required, the Buyer may complete a new Order for the correct Product and the new Order will be treated as a separate and new transaction. If the Product is returned and the packaging is damaged or not in its original new condition, a refund will not be processed and Eziauto will return the Product to the Buyer at the Buyer's expense. If the incorrect Product is not one usually kept in stock and has been ordered in especially for the Buyer, the freight cost of returning the incorrect Product to Eziauto's supplier may be deducted from the amount refunded. If the packaging has been opened but the part is in brand new condition, Eziauto may refund the price paid for the part less a handling and repackaging fee of not less than 10% of the price paid for the part.

In some circumstances, a refund cannot be processed until Eziauto has returned the incorrect part to its supplier and has received confirmation from its supplier that a refund will be given to Eziauto for the part. In this case, Eziauto will notify the Buyer as soon as it has received confirmation from its supplier of the amount of the refund received.


Damaged Shipments

All packages should be completely inspected at the time of delivery.  Damaged packages should be refused. Please then call the freight company or Australia Post (whoever is responsible for the package) and report the damage. After contacting the carrier, please call Eziauto on 0484 700 529 for further assistance with the damaged shipment, and to make arrangements for a replacement.


Customised Items

Customised items, such as bonnet protectors with logos, floor mats with badges or logos or dashmats with badges or logos are not returnable under any circumstances.


How to complete Return Request

Log on to your account on our website.
Click on "Orders" in the Cart box on the right of the page.
Click on the order id that contains the item you want to return.
At the top right of the invoice, click on "Request a refund/return products here".
Check the box next to the item you want to return and choose a reason from the drop down box.
Choose whether you want a replacement or a refund.
Submit your request.

We will respond to your request as soon as possible.

Clutch kits are not able to be returned under any circumstances.

Items in sealed plastic packaging, such as Nolathane kits or hydraulic repair kits, are not able to be returned once opened.

PLEASE NOTE: We will not refund your order simply because you change your mind or have purchased the parts elsewhere. If you are concerned about availability of the parts you have ordered, please contact us before placing your order.

We must be notified of any returns within seven (7) days of receipt of your order and your return must be received by us within fourteen (14) days of receipt of your order. As our supplier will not refund if items are not received back from us within 21 days after we have received them, this policy will be strictly adhered to.

Eziauto will arrange delivery of all Products to the Customer using its nominated freight carriers.  A Buyer may not arrange its own courier to collect the Products from Eziauto.

The Products and any other goods delivered by the Eziauto to the Buyer shall remain the sole and absolute property of Eziauto as legal and equitable owner until such time as all money due to Eziauto has been paid but shall be at the Buyer's risk from the time of delivery.

All information, services, products, and materials contained in this site, including text, graphics, and links, are provided on an "as is" basis with no warranty.  To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eziauto disclaims all representations and warranties, express or implied, with respect to such information, services, products and materials, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, freedom from computer virus, and implied warranties arising from course of dealing or course of performance.  In addition, Eziauto does not represent or warrant that the information accessible via this site is accurate, complete or current.  Price and availability information is subject to change without notice.
