Q.    Do you have all parts in stock?

A.   While we have an extensive supply of common parts and accessories in stock in our retail store, there are some items we do not keep on hand.  However, we can get most parts in overnight.  If there is going to be a delay with your order, we will let you know.

Q.    Can you advise on which size cover to buy for my vehicle?

A.   As there are so many different makes and models of vehicles, it is up to you to measure your vehicle and choose the correct size cover.  You can either physically measure your vehicle or check out the dimensions in your vehicle's manual or on the manufacturer's website.  Armed with that information, you can choose the correct size cover for your vehicle.  We do not offer refunds if the incorrect size is purchased.

Q.    I have sent you an enquiry but haven't received a reply

A.   Have you checked your email spam settings? It is possible we have replied and our email has been moved to your spam folder. If you have sent your enquiry late in the day, we may not have had a chance to check our books or to check with our supplier as to the availability of your part. We answer all enquiries so if you haven't heard back from us within 24 hours, please email us again.

If you don't complete your email address accurately in our contact form, you will not receive our reply. If you don't hear back from us within 24 hours, this may be the problem as we get a lot of returned mail due to inaccurate email addresses. Please submit your enquiry again and make sure you complete your email address correctly.
