Comprises:
2 x 9-33V LED lamps, each with 9 metres of hard-wired cable
1 x 9-33V LED licence plate lamp with 9 metres of cable.

The majority of LED lamps are termed "sealed" and would seem appropriate for applications such as boat trailers. Sealing the lamp is not enough to ensure a lamp is submersible, as water can still enter the lamp via the connecting cables or via a pinhold in the sealing process. These lamps are 100% tested after the sealing process and cables are sealed at the entry point of the lamp, although it is still recommended to avoid joining the cables near the lamp or in a position where they are in contact with water.

To overcome this problem, these lamps are hard-wired with 9 metres of fully insulated 4 core cable. This allows the cable connection to be at the trailer plug, an area not submerged while boats enter and exit the water.
